The location is ideal, right in the center of Baños, but the inconsistent service and unexpected maintenance made our stay less enjoyable. The good-sized room and friendly staff helped, but cleanliness was an issue.

absolutely terrible experience. the room smelt of mold, and the bathroom was foul. oh, and good luck with the precarious locks! i expected a room upgrade for all my troubles, but i was treated like just another regular guest. i almost gave a good review, but c’mon, can’t ignore the awful conditions!

The rooftop terrace offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains and is an excellent spot for relaxation after a day of exploring.

The hot water was unreliable during our stay, making it frustrating to enjoy showers after a long day.

The views from the rooftop are stunning, making it a great spot to unwind with a drink after a day of adventures. The communal areas are lively, perfect for meeting fellow travelers and sharing stories.

However, the noise levels can be disruptive, especially when young guests come back late, making it tough to catch some Zs. There’s also a lack of maintenance overall. the common bathrooms next to the coworking space went uncleaned for our entire stay. Additional issues included empty shampoo, soap, and conditioner dispensers, which, while minor, felt indicative of a general oversight in guest services.

The common areas were unusable during renovations!!! Empty shampoo dispensers, lack of basic kitchen utensils!!! Missing social activities or vibe, and a strong scent of cheap air refresher in some rooms!!!

Incredible experience with a warm, family atmosphere and unforgettable staff. The rooftop restaurant served delicious shakshuka and banana bread, creating lasting memories. Perfect for making friends!

It was just a good pick for a weekend respite in Baños with value for money. The rooftop restaurant had great snacks that made the evenings enjoyable. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. noise levels can vary.
